WPBurgerCare does not sell or rent your personal information. Any use of your personal information is within the guidelines of our Privacy Policy. Creating an account with WPBurgerCare and using our services means that you agree to the Privacy Policy of this website.
In case you do not agree with the regulations of our Privacy Policy, you have to cease using our website and its services immediately.
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
No Waiver
In case we do not act immediately against anyone breaching these Terms of Use, does not mean that we are losing our right to take any actions in response to the breach on a later stage.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel a plan with us at any time. When a plan is canceled, no refunds will be given on amounts you have already paid.
We have the right to cancel your plan for any reason at any time. In such situation, we will send you an email cancellation message.
Plans
We have the right to change the prices of our plans at any time. If the price of your plan is changed, we will notify you regarding this.
We might change your plan, if the site does not fit it. In such cases, we will contact you and explain the reason for that.
Nature of Requests
In addition to the plans' features we support requests related to these criteria:
- Layout and UI modifications;
- WordPress consulting;
- WordPress themes modifications;
- Plugins installation and implementation;
- Site migration;
- Content population.
If you are not sure if your request meets the above categories, please contact us and we will let you know.
Examples of requests we can not help you with:
- non WordPress sites modifications and support;
- maintaining WordPress multisites.
WPBurgerCare plugin
We will install the WPBurgerCare plugin without notifying you, when you sign up. If you do not need the plugin to be installed, please contact us. However, this will disable most of your plan features.
WordPress and Plugin Updates
Fixing any problems related to approved WordPress plugins will be free of charge. These plugins can be found on https://wordpress.org/plugins/.
If there are any problems and bugs after upgrading custom WordPress plugins used by your site, we will spend 1 customization hour, that will be free of charge, to solve the problems. If the problems require additional development time, we will provide you with an estimate after investigating the problems deeply.
Proactive Site Errors Tracking
If there are any fatal PHP errors, we will fix them without contacting you. In case you do not need to modify the files of your site in any circumstances, please clarify this in the project requirements.
Hack Cleanup
Any site's security improvements are not included into our plans by default.
Cloud Backups
Amazon S3 will download the files of your site before backing it up. This might be considered as upload traffic by your hosting. If this is an issue, you may request us to disable that feature, if it affects the bandwidth of your hosting plan.
Server Configuration
We can help you with setting the server of your site up. However, we might need some assistance from the hosting service in some cases. In such cases, we will contact and describe what should be discussed with the hosting support.
Uptime Monitoring
If your site is down because of server or domain misconfiguration, we will notify you to contact your hosting support to solve such problems.
Staging Environment
We can set up a staging site either on our server or on your server. If you prefer using your own server, we will need the following details:
- URL of the staging site;
- FTP and MySQL Database credentials or/and hosting control panel access.
Version Control
We commit all file changes to our internal version control system. If you need to see what has been changed at some point, please contact us and we will provide you with a diff file between two revisions.
Billing
The length of each billing cycle is 6 months. Each billing cycle should be prepaid. The WPBurger.Care subscription of your website will be automatically deactivated on the first day of the new billing cycle, if the payment of the new billing cycle is not completed.
